An embosser creates a uncolored image raised against the paper's background.
A
seal embosser will not create a reproducible image on its own. A stamp
will. You can purchase an item called a Seal Impression Inker to darken
the embossed image and make it suitable for photocopies, scans, and
other forms of digital reproduction.
Either will be suitable for most occasions. It really is a matter of choice (style, preference). We recommend a stamp if your main goal is to create faxable, scannable copies and the embosser to add gravitas on your official documents.
Blank stock certificates do not come including any information specific to your corporation, LLC, or Non Profit. They can easily be modified using a word processing program and inkjet printer to contain such information once received. Boilerplate text is most often inscribed within the certificate border.
We print custom stock certificates using laser technology to include all information specific to your corporation, LLC, or Non Profit. The amount purchased is then shipped out to you for distribution.
Non Profit, Not for Profit, Non-Profit, and Not-for-Profit are all synonyms; meaning they all refer to the same underlying 501(c)(3) organizational structure. They are just different ways of saying it. There is no essential difference.
