Certificates of Membership: Not-for-Profit

Like Limited Liability Companies, a Non Profit Corporation will not issue shared certificates of stock in order to establish participation in the business. Instead, its members should receive Membership Certificates:

Inspired by Lindbergh's flight across the Atlantic, she would become active in various other organizations seminal in the professional development of women pilots throughout the Northwest.

A Non Profit Corporation must serve the public in some way, whether through the offering of goods, services or a combination of the two. Certificates of Membership ensure members get an official, paper-based notice easily recorded in your company books or other relevant document-keeping place.
